We explain the rules, divide into teams, and play several quick rounds with lots of movement and fun.

Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can start right on time. Hall rental times are fixed and we want to use every minute.

No, we provide the dodgeballs. Just bring comfortable sports clothes and indoor sport shoes. Don't forget a water bottle for hydration.
