BeSquare is a platform designed for meeting new people, fostering deep connections, and exploring new places. When an event matching your interests is organized, you will receive an invitation. Upon expressing interest, we take a few days to find a suitable group for you. Whether or not a group is found, you will be notified. Engaging notifications will inform you about the various spots you'll visit. The adventure typically begins at a place where you meet your group, often a lunchroom or restaurant. The second location remains a surprise, tailored to your group's interests. At this second spot, you will encounter numerous other groups, enhancing the experience of connection and discovery.

BeSquare is currently a free service. To ensure commitment and manage our events effectively, we require a nominal 10 Euro reservation fee. This fee is mostly refundable, as we return 9 Euros to you after your participation in the event. The small 1 Euro deduction is for covering transaction and administrative costs. As for the venues, they are carefully selected BeSquare partners. While you're responsible for any personal expenses at these locations, rest assured that we choose spots that align with your indicated budget preferences, so you can enjoy the experience without any financial stress.

We understand that plans can change, but we also want to ensure a great experience for everyone. Our groups are specially designed for a specific number of people, so when someone can't make it, it affects the whole group. That's why, if you need to cancel, we can't return the reservation fee.
